Primary care is the gateway to Brazil’s Unified Health System (SUS) for its citizens. In addition to the significant benefits for the population, such as improved quality of life, it is estimated that for every real invested in prevention, there is a savings of 3 to 5 reais in expenditures on medium and high complexity care.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Sa\u00fade Net primary care module meets all the needs for monitoring and supervision of basic health units (UBS). The department can choose to allow referrals for specialized exams and consultations only after the patient has been seen by a primary care physician, thus preventing misuse of public resources.<\/span><\/p>\n

MOBILE APPLICATION<\/h3>\n

How to avoid the costs and rework of filling out paper forms that later need to be digitized at the health post? We provide a mobile application for Community Health Agents (ACS) to record all visit information, fully compatible with E-SUS forms. Integration with the reference unit allows appointments and nursing procedures to be scheduled online by ACS directly from the visited residence.<\/span><\/p>\n

RECEPTION AT THE UBS<\/h3>\n

At the reception of the units, we handle spontaneous demand. With digital control of each doctor’s and nurse’s schedules, the department can monitor the productivity of each professional and identify which areas need reinforcement. We also provide control of people to be attended through a digital panel, biometric patient registration, and connection with the CADweb service of the Ministry of Health to ensure the uniqueness of users and their multiple National Health Card numbers.<\/span><\/p>\n

MEDICAL CARE<\/h3>\n

To assist the work of doctors and nurses, we also provide an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
